- This will notify us at BTM that you want a pickup for the following morning.
- On the following page tell us where your SPOT (Secure Point of Transfer) is. This is the place you will leave your bag for a BTM driver to pick up, and where we will return the bag. See our FAQ with any questions about your SPOT.
- Orders placed before 9am will be picked up the same day.
- All wash 'n fold orders are returned within 24 hours.
- Dry Cleaning orders take an extra day.
- Enter your payment information on the following page if you are a new customer, and we will bill you on the day of delivery.

What happens next:
Please make sure your bag is in your SPOT by 9am.
A BTM driver will pickup between 9am and noon.
Your clothes are carefully sorted, washed, dried, and folded, then neatly placed back in your BTM Bag.
We will deliver your order and charge your card the next morning.
