BTM is the best wash & fold in the area. Everything is clean, folded neatly and smells fresh. They are always timely when I drop off my wash and the staff are all friendly. I highly recommend them. The laundry facilities are clean and well maintained. Excellent service, always above & beyond!

This was easy and convenient all for a good price. Whenever I called or texted my call was answered or quickly returned. I have nothing but praise for BTM Laundry and Dry Cleaning! As a senior who no longer drives, I have to rely on pickup and delivery services. BTM exceeded all my expectations. Their website is easy to understand and scheduling was a breeze. On pickup day I received advance notification by email so I knew exactly when the driver would be arriving. The driver was in identifying uniform, was courteous and pleasant. The delivery was equally perfect, again with advance notification of arrival time. As to the laundry service itself, everything was perfect. The driver brought the laundry upstairs (one flight). The laundry was neatly folded and organized by type of item (for example, sheet sets together). I also appreciated that BTM used the Free and Gentle detergent I requested on my online order. This service was worth the cost for both convenience and quality. I heartily recommend BTM Laundry and Dry Cleaning!

I also stop by occasionally to do my own loads, especially bulky items like quilts, and the place is always clean. The staff is professional, the machines are clean and well-maintained, and everything is done right. No complaints—just reliable, quality service every single time!
super clean - (including bathroom) well organized with tons of rolling baskets so no searching for one- and great "laundry card" method for payment at all machines! no more quarters!! and the attendant (Sunday) was helpful and cleaning and organizing the entire time I was here.
